	Rosary Care Center	Rosary Care Center Rosary Care Center was constructed in 1975 as a residence hall for senior Sisters of St. Francis on the Sylvania Franciscan grounds in Sylvania, Ohio. The residence, initially named Rosary Hall, provided housing for older Sisters and contained an infirmary for those requiring nursing services. Many changes have transpired over the years and today Rosary Care Center is a 76-bed, licensed nursing home facility with Medicare and Medicaid certification as well as JCAHO accreditation. Rosary Care Center offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to vowed religious women and men, and priests, in Northwest Ohio. Rosary Care Center provides services in a vibrant setting where residents continue to be involved and contribute to their community. Many social and recreational programs encourage residents to volunteer and to continue to be active in religious life—helping ensure their continual spiritual, physical and social well-being.
