Trinity Health Services Foundation was established in 1989 to serve as the fundraising arm for Trinity Medical Center and Trinity Care Center.

Trinity Foundation seeks charitable contributions that ensure continued growth and development for both facilities. These gifts enable our hospital and long term care center to continue their healthcare mission of excellence in patient care, charity care and health education.

Trinity benefactors have a common goal of supporting these facilities with the clear vision of sustaining local healthcare for our community. Thanks to the generosity and foresight of these donors, Trinity Medical Center and Trinity Care Center have grown and prospered with achieved fiscal and institutional strength.

Trinity Foundation directs donor solicitation, investing and distribution of all contributions for the exclusive benefit of the hospital or long term care center in accordance with the wishes of the donors. Donations are tax-deductible as provided by law.

The Trinity Foundation has many opportunities for the community to support local healthcare. With the 200 Club, Trinity HealthCare Classic Golf Tournament, Trinity Black Tie Ball, Memorials, Sr. Ephrem Sliwinski Scholarships and Ed & Velma Penkert Scholarships, Holiday Greeting Cards and Tree of Love Ornaments our donors can participate in many different ways and on many different levels of giving. No gift is too small, and each gift is appreciated.
